This 3rd series of book on Multinational perspectives on healthcare delivery is written during the Covid-19 pandemic. "Healthcare technology to expert dissociation" (HTED), described by me in the 2nd series is a strong determinant of choice in healthcare delivery in pre and post Covid-19 era.Medical tourism though good is not without risk. Collaboration in public private partnership (PPP) in the health sector is still yielding dividend in some setting. However PPP may not meet expectation as planned a times! A robust healthcare focusing on the health of the citizen coupled with a functioning health insurance program under Universal Health Coverage cannot but be a source of succor for the citizenry. The World Health Organization need to find ways and measures to enforce the implementation of the WHO recommended percentages of national budgets of all nations that should be devoted to health! A global body/center for pandemic preparedness and response is needed. Generally speaking, this book is written and recommended for global audience perusal. It will benefit undergraduates and postgraduates students of health and health related courses as well.
