Constant MUTAMBA ist Inhaber eines Master-Abschlusses in Rechtswissenschaften, Anwalt, Bergbau- und Steinbruchagent, Forscher und Arbeitsleiter an der juristischen Fakultät der Protestantischen Universität im Kongo (UPC). Er hat mehrere Forschungsarbeiten der kongolesischen Erfahrung im Verfassungsrecht und in der Öffentlichkeit gewidmet Vergaberecht. Er ist Doktorand an der AIU in den USA.
