Dr. Chintala Chalapathi Rao working as Lecturer in Political Science at Sri Vnkateswara Degree College , Parvatipuram, India. He obtained M.A in Public Administration and Ph.D from Andhra University, India. He has published research articles in National and International Journals. He has presented number research papers in various conferences.
