Rocky Wayne Dorcy, Esq., has practiced law for nearly thirty years in California and Florida. He holds a JD from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California, and currently resides in Florida with his wife and three daughters. His world travels and legal experience provided the inspiration for him to turn his imaginings into a published book-resulting in his debut novel, the crime thriller Murder, A Random Act.
