Jim Hinckley has shared his passions for travel and the people met along the way, automotive history, and a lifelong association with Route 66 through nineteen books, countless feature articles, and international presentations. Jim Hinckley s America, a multifaceted platform of books, interviews, blog, Facebook page and group, YouTube channel, presentations, travel planning service, podcast, and tourism developments, encourages people to travel and explore. In addition to serving on the economic development committee for the Route 66 Road Partnership initiative, Jim works with Kingman, Arizona-based MyMarketing Designs to create a linked promotional network for business and communities (Promote Kingman, Kingman Tourism, Promote Route 66, etc.). He also develops presentations that foster awareness of tourism importance in the development of long-term economic plans for communities.
