This research is based on the theories of museum management, marketing, and theories on cultural tourism attraction.

In 1986, he graduated from Department of English Language and Literature, Faculty of Letters Udayana University, Denpasar, Bali. Currently (2017) served as Expert Staff of Governor of BaLi, Indonesia.
