The Casa de Cultura as a cultural institution works to improve the cultural and educational response it offers to the diversity of people, the research aims at proposing creative workshops for the integration of music and dance from the teaching-learning process in relation to the artistic development of people with hearing impairment in dance creation workshops. Among its results is the determination of the most relevant tendencies of the teaching-learning process of the dance creation workshops. Besides revealing the relationships between theoretical aspects, such as the peculiarities of the social situation of the development of these people, the components to be modified in the socializing agents who participate in the process and the elements to be diagnosed in the House of Culture, which lead to the formation of public awareness towards them. It was applied in the Tomasa Varona House of Culture in Las Tunas, favoring the formation of inclusive values, and the organization for a cultural institution in conditions of educational inclusion.
