Autorenporträt
Music, Lakes, and Blue Corduroy: A Memoir of Interlochen is Cindy Glovinsky's fourth published book. Born in Des Moines, Iowa, she attended Interlochen, summer and winter, from 1962-1964, and has degrees in music, English, and social work from Oberlin College and the University of Michigan. In addition, Ms. Glovinski has played in the Flint, Toledo, and Ann Arbor Symphonies, sung in the University of Michigan Choral Union, attended the Bear River Writers' Conference, and returned to Interlochen many times for reunions, concerts, and workshops.
