Autorenporträt
Heather Bradley is a retired elementary school teacher and award-winning author. Her first book, When We All Get Together (2021), won both the Moonbeam Children's Book Award silver medal and the Royal Dragonfly. Her second book, We Both Speak English but... (2022), won the next year's Royal Dragonfly. As a child, Heather lived in an apple orchard, and she still gardens and grows her own vegetables today. She has been an avid motorcyclist for over fifty years, travelling country roads and appreciating nature. Heather lives in the country outside of Lindsay, Ontario, with three small dogs and many birdfeeders. Chipmunks often knock on her door for peanuts.
