He has extensive expertise in counseling, marketing, and customer service. His career has been a great inspiration to children, who have learned to dream big and never give up from his meaningful role modelling efforts. He also supports programs and organizations that help children achieve their full potential while also advocating for their education. Mr. Morris's consulting company, With Essential Means, LLC (WEM), helps young people understand the consequences of their actions. by teaching them how to make positive decisions and encouraging them to set a good example for their peers.
