For over 30 years, Judy Shafarman has conducted courses and workshops on well-being, journal writing and the English language to teachers, university students, school pupils and adults of all ages. In a multi-faceted career, she has taught at 4 universities, colleges, companies, conferences and numerous private venues. Judy has been keeping personal journals since junior high school. They are full of emotional expression, quotes, doodles, ideas and efforts at poetry.
