Greetings, dear Reader! If you are interested in the person behind all the words in this book, here's something: I am born and raised Ukrainian from Mariupol, with a passion for writing since my early childhood. I enjoy expressing myself with words and exploring various ways to address a feeling. I have had this idea since I got out of the occupation, to publish my story, but could not get enough courage to do it at once. But here it is, thanks to the YSA 2023. :) P.S: with regards to the photos included in this book, most of them correspond to same time when the story takes place. There is an exclusion, however, in the Chapter 4: the picture there is of another munition. Not from the ones that were used in the shelling that day. Thank You very much for reading!
