Gerald J. Roache was an award-winning Madison Avenue advertising creative director. He built his own highly successful ad agency, which he ran for decades. Among his many advertising credits is the fact that he wrote the single-most successful commercial in the history of television. Advertising creative accomplishments aside, writing children's books that make kids giggle and ponder has long been among the most glittering items on his bucket list. He currently lives with his wife, Mary Beth, their two dogs, and two cats on Florida's Gulf Coast. He is a lover of baseball and jazz and is a graduate of Penn State University. "Go Nittany Lions!"
