Sharon Elkin is from Atlanta where she owned and operated a successful advertising agency. She sold her agency to move to California with her husband and assist him with his multiple media businesses. Sharon has written many articles for magazines and newspapers; she had been involved in animal organizations that help animals and their owners when they find their animals difficult to care for because of owner's illness. Sha has completed two children's books about dogs, both were published. They are: "My Little Maxine" and "My Dog Doobie", each book elevated the social consciousness about the responsibility of dog ownership and teaches awareness about overcoming physical handicaps. After completing each book, Sharon reads and gives copies of her books to children at schools and children who are very ill in hospitals. Sharon is working on additional children's books as well as her first novel.
