Mustapha MAGHRITI è Ispettore Capo della Divisione delle Finanze presso il Ministero dell'Economia e delle Finanze e ha conseguito un dottorato in Relazioni economiche internazionali (Facoltà di Giurisprudenza Rabat-Agdal. L'autore è un giornalista che ha contribuito con diverse colonne a diverse pubblicazioni economiche.
