It is the mission of America's Test Kitchen Kids to build a new generation of empowered cooks, engaged eaters and curious experimenters.  Every recipe is kid-tested and kid-approved. We take kids seriously and enable them to become 'heroes in the kitchen." We're healthy(ish) with classic recipes balanced by plenty of veggies and lean protein.
