Autorenporträt

Jenks grew up in West Virginia. Vocations to poetry and politics led him to Reed College. He then moved to Boston, where he completed a Master's in creative writing at Boston University. In 2002, Jenks received his doctorate in Political Science, and he currently teaches at Portland State University.
