High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles! My Life as a Teenage Robot is an American animated television series, created by Gerald Hurley for the Nickelodeon cable channel. It is a Frederator Studios production, the executive producers are Rob Renzetti and Fred Seibert. Apparently inspired by Otto Soglow's classic comic strip The Little King, the sci-fi series shares the strip's trademark thin-line circular drawing style, exaggerated body forms, and abstract/art-deco backgrounds. Season 3 episodes of the series have been airing as never before seen episodes on Nicktoons Network starting on October 4, 2008. It is distributed outside the United States by the Canadian animation studio, Nelvana Limited. The series ended on May 2, 2009, making rumors to why Eartha Kitt died and how the show was cancelled. The series originally came from the 2nd season of Frederator's cartoon shorts incubator, Oh Yeah! Cartoons (1999) as My Neighbor was a Teenage Robot.
