Tara Russell is a devoted mother of two young children, she is currently studying to become a creative mindfulness for kids practitioner and in her daily life practices body based awareness, embodied spirituality, self healing, and also has a love and passion for creativity. Tara has been committed to her own healing from developmental trauma, anxiety and PTSD for many years which inspired her to not only want to teach her own children, but other children the importance of practicing body based awareness and how living an embodied life is an important foundation for good mental health and wellbeing.
