A European came into my life and rescued me, proof of the healing power of love. Wachtarczyk, MajidMajid Wachtarczyk was born on the 29th of May 1993 and raised in Ibra, Oman. At the age of 19, he moved to Muscat to complete his Diploma in Petroleum Engineering. Short after, and after the third suicide-trial, love from the first sight had rescued him. Thus he could flee from Oman to begin a new life with the love of his life, his husband, Helmut Wachtarczyk. Life as a homosexual in Oman had its consequences. Subsequently, he was a victim of repeated rape, stoning, and endless punishments. Writing was his relief from the continuous pain. As his parents came to know that he is a homosexual, after being raped 14 times and kidnapped twice, he was imprisoned in his room for three months. His only salvation was to write, endlessly. He created a fantasy world, in which he sought refuge. From that age one, he admired literature.With his first book, My Little Kingdom, he opens himself to his audience by publishing his own private life. He steps down from his ego-throne

since he no longer longs for sympathy because of the challenges he faced.
