Charlotte R. Howard was born in Chicago, Illinois. She is a single mother of two. Charlotte experienced child abuse that created a low self esteem, self worth and in constant fear of being rejected. She struggled in school due to dyslexia, a learning disability that was not properly diagnosed. At the age of 16, she tried to commit suicide by prescription pill overdose. Charlotte got to her lowest point when she carried out an abortion and had two miscarriages. Armed with a High School education, she hit the streets looking for work. With much pursuit, she landed several minimum wage and hourly employment opportunities in the food, sales and customer service sectors. Her first breakthrough came when a friend invited her to attend a local church service. The minister taught on the love of God that changed her life forever. Since then Charlotte has dedicated her life to serving communities by providing education, counsel, love and care to young women and men who have experienced rejection and abuse.
