Cross Cultural elements,language,ethnicity and traditional factors were empathized while analyzing a case or problem. Students from varied backgrounds brought together their diversified experiences in providing solutions to problems or concerns that were discussed in class or during group work. Many case studies and presentations which I had done in groups were included here to give practical insights to diversified management problems.
