Autorenporträt
Jessica Grout is a Police Woman located in Victoria, Australia. At the time of writing this book, she had been in the police force for 15 years and worked in a variety of areas, such as general police duties and various detective roles. She has two young daughters and sees the importance of not limiting females to certain career paths based on gender. Her vision for this book is to ultimately bridge the gap of gender inequality in the workforce by inspiring young girls to strive to become anything they dream of in life, and not shy away from those career paths that have historically been male-dominated.
