We also have heroes who enter burning buildings to save lives. It is difficult to predict how a person will react when faced with life and death decisions. We would all like to be heroes. But, when faced with extreme situations, some find they are unable to react. Here is a story of some who were able to get it done.

John Wilson grew up in Great Falls, Montana. He was a music major at the University of Montana. In 1966 he joined the U.S. Navy Band in Washington D.C. He has performed at the White House for 8 living presidents, many major embassies, and has traveled throughout Europe on Jazz Tours. In 2017 he decided to try his hand at writing and wrote "My Oath and My Honor." He said it was the book that had been rolling around in his head for years. It took him 6 weeks to write the manuscript. He says that there are many things he hopes to accomplish in his lifetime.
