Autorenporträt
Jeanne Powell earned degrees at WSU in Detroit and USF in San Francisco. She is the author of two books of prose poems published by Taurean Horn Books, MY OWN SILENCE (2014) and WORD DANCING (2013), and a collection of her essays is forthcoming. For ten years, Jeanne hosted an acclaimed spoken word series, Celebration of the Word, in San Francisco.
