Autorenporträt
Dr. Chiquetta Thompson is an African-American author, public speaker, educator, and Licensed Master Social Worker. Her experiences as a mother raising children with allergies led her to write a series of books on the topic. Her first book "I Like Peanuts, But Peanuts Don't Like Me" provides a charming glance into what a nut allergy can look and feel like for children of color. In 2020, Dr. Thompson will release "My Pineapple Eyes," a children's book focusing on fruit allergies.
