I am privileged to write this preface because I am a witness to almost every story in every chapter of this book beginning from the elementary school days till today that he became a Ph.D. holder. One cannot but say "To God be all the glory, Great things he is doing" in the life of Dr. Theo.
Autorenporträt
Theo is a seasoned Medical Lab scientist of over 20 years with ten years at the facility level and another ten years working with the development partners. His areas of concentration have been laboratory system strengthening and supply chain management of health care commodities. He holds Master and Ph.D in Operations and Supply Chain Management.
