Antonio Paulo Pinto is a consultant specializing in bipartisan solutions for healthcare reform. For the past two decades, he has focused on access to affordable health insurance and access to affordable health care, primarily within the individual and small business markets; and has advised large corporations through utilizing claims data analytics. This includes significant experience with Obamacare. Pinto participated with the program's roll-out and implementation, enrolling thousands of individuals, families, and small business owners and their employees. He was also responsible for the creation and launch of Obamacare411, the first iPhone app for PPACA with an integrated health plan cost calculator. Pinto served over 12 years in the U.S. Army National Guard, as well as on many local and statewide non-profit and community-group boards and committees. Additionally, Pinto served for over 10 years in a variety of Democratic political offices as both an elected and appointed official in Connecticut. He currently lives in Texas.
