Annette Katherine Flanagan has had extensive experience working with children and families as a relationship and play based therapist. Annette is also available as a consultant in mindfulness and professional reflective practice, parenting, trauma sensitive therapies and the effects of vicarious trauma. Annette supports children, families and professionals working in the areas of mental health, domestic and family violence, grief and loss, resilience, and wellbeing. She is passionate about supporting individuals and families to find resources to strengthen the relationships they have with themselves and others. She has a particular interest in mindfulness and interpersonal neurobiology and its applications in our contemporary life. Annette is an accredited professional practitioner of applied mindfulness from the Australian Institute of Applied Mindfulness.
