It was filled with the uncertainty of not knowing if the congregation would survive as we tried to overcome the many obstacles we encountered. My story is about a faith that so many believers in Christ profess to have as we deal with man's impossibilities. Hanging or holding onto my faith was difficult, yet I believed that the Lord would do the impossible and conquer the unconquerable. At the beginning, looking through carnal eyes, I saw defeat as the inevitable end. But through spiritual eyes focused on Jesus, the author and finisher of every believer's faith, instead of the agony of defeat, I am now experiencing the joy of victory.
