The role of patient experience (PX) is evident in its impact on enhancing diagnosis and treatment methods, as well as advancing prevention strategies. However, a critical gap emerges during the recovery phase, where access to resources is often limited-particularly for specific demographic groups who have already faced insufficient care earlier in the medical process. This study aims to investigate the experiences of heart disease patients throughout diagnosis, post-operative care, recovery, and their return to daily life, assessing the medical support provided at each stage. Additionally, it seeks to propose a digital solution addressing the identified shortcomings, adhering to user experience (UX) best practices. By engaging with cardiologists, specialists, and diverse patients, this research highlights recovery as a crucial pillar of a stable, sustainable health system, alongside prevention and treatment efforts.
