The purpose of the study is, to evaluate the effect of thrombolytics on Cardiac Enzymes, to compare the effect of thrombolytics and Non thrombolytics on cardiac enzymes, to determine the importance of thrombolytics for a patient with Myocardial infarction and to suggest teaching guidelines to public regarding early seeking of medical help at the onset of chest pain. The conceptual framework used in the study is based on Betty Neuman's Systems model. This study uses an experimental group who received thrombolytics within 6 hours of the onset of chest pain and comparative group who had not received thrombolytics.All patients treated had the diagnosis of Myocardial Infarction.The main finding of this study is the early peaking of the total CPK level and CKMB isoenzymes have identified with successful reperfusion after Metalyse therapy. Thus, Hospitals, emergency medical services, and should work together to provide public education about heart attack and signs and symptoms, the importance of calling 911, and the benefits of getting treatment fast. The analysis study is useful especially to nursing and medical professionals.
