Autorenporträt
Marike Harris grew up in Montreal, Quebec, spending the winter in the southern part of the city and the summer in the east countryside, on Lake Memphremagog. She had a passion for studying Arts, Mathematics, Geography and English literature, and finally got a degree in Physical Geography. Throughout her studies, she entertained herself and her correspondents with writing fictional stories and then later wrote articles for a few different publications. She started her first novel when she moved to a new town with her newborn babies, where she needed to occupy her mind as she never left them unattended.
