Rudy Lopes was born in New York City of immigrant parents. Growing up a Bronx kid, he developed a love for playing guitar, watching baseball, and reading thousands of fantasy and sci-fi novels.With a strong librarian mother, three sisters, a wife, and two daughters, his writing naturally includes women striving to find their own place in the world. As a technologist and erstwhile entrepreneur, Rudy's mind is always attuned to what might be.
