Related works include studies of Babylonian creation myths, the philosophy of time and William Blake's use of mythology in his visionary literature. William G. Doty is Professor Emeritus of Alabama University. His many works include studies about mythology, religion, anthropology, psychology, classics, and art criticism. Doty has published fourteen books and over seventy essays. He has also served as lecturer, translator and editor.
