Harold Chee hat jahrelang in China gelebt und gearbeitet. Derzeit unterrichtet er an der Ashridge Business School in Hertfordshire, England. Er ist auf die Themen Geschäftsbeziehungen zu China, Marketing und Leadership spezialisiert und Autor verschiedener Wirtschaftsbücher.
Chris West ist Mitbegründer und Managing Director eines englischen Beratungsunternehmens. Seit 1985 besucht er China regelmäßig. Daneben hat er mehrere Bücher über China sowie Wirtschaftstitel veröffentlicht. Bekannt wurde er durch die Krimi-Serie rund um Kommissar Wang, der in Peking lebt und ermittelt.
