Dr. Jean D. Francis is a graduate of University of Maryland, and Capella University. She previously served as a financial and budget management expert with top-tier government agencies, including the Department of Defense and Department of Homeland Security. She is currently the founder and CEO of FrancisLearningInstitue.com, a dynamic specialized training and development organization for aspiring leaders that prepares young entrepreneurs for exceptional leadership careers. She also serves as CEO of the JELI Management Company, LLC, a company that specializes in financial management, project management, organizational training and development, and cutting-edge technology integration services to its clients.
