Autorenporträt
Michelle Arakelian is a British born Armenian American. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in English from University of California, Irvine and a Master's Degree in Instructional Design and Technology from California State University, Fullerton. Michelle is a Chopra Certified Meditation Instructor. She is the founder of Inner Intelligence where she teaches Primordial Sound Meditation, Deepak Chopra's signature meditation style, to help people live a happier, healthier, and more meaningful life. She learned yoga from her mother who also taught her about the spiritual laws of success and the power of intention. Her son Noah's love for both animals and books inspired Michelle to write this story in hopes of encouraging movement, mindfulness, and meditation in little readers and their parents.
