Prashant Kesharwani, PhD, is an assistant professor of pharmaceutics at the School of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, Jamia Hamdard University, New Delhi, India. He has more than 300 international publications in well-reputed journals and 15 international books as an editor. He is a recipient of several internationally acclaimed awards viz 'Ramanujan Fellowship, DST, India-2017', 'Excellence Research Award 2014', 'Young Innovator Award (Gold medal) 2012', 'International Travel Award/Grant from DST (New Delhi) and INSA (CCSTDS, Chennai) 2012'. He has received an ICMR Senior Research Fellowship (PhD) and AICTE Junior Research Fellowship (M. Pharm.). His number of citations is 14551; h-index = 63; i-10 index = 230. He has been invited to several talks and oral presentations organized at prestigious scientific peer conferences. He has received international acclaim and awards for research contribution, has supervised students/junior researchers and has actively participated in outreach and scientific dissemination for the service of the wider community. Four of his articles have been published in very high impact factor journals, i.e., Progress in Polymer Sciences, which has a high impact factor (IF 31.281) [Ref: (1) Kesharwani et al., 2014, Progress in Polymer Science 39 (2), 268-307; and (2) Amjad and Kesharwani et al., 2017, Progress in Polymer Science 64, 154-81]. Another article has been published in Material Today, which has a high impact factor (IF 32.072). A very recent article is published in Progress in Materials Science, which has a high impact factor (IF 48.165). An overarching goal of his current research is the development of nano-engineered drug delivery systems for various diseases .Sunil Kumar Dubey, PhD, has very recently joined as General Manager, Medical Research, at Emami Ltd, Kolkata, India. Before this, he worked as an assistant professor in the Department of Pharmacy, Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences (BITS), Pilani. He has extensive research experience in the area of pharmacokinetics, nanomedicines, preclinical and clinical studies. He was also a visiting assistant research professor in the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at University of Maryland, USA. He has about 14 years of industrial, teaching, research, and administrative experience. He has supervised several postgraduate and undergraduate students. He has published several book chapters and research articles in renowned journals and presented papers at conferences in India and abroad. During his industrial tenure, he has successfully completed many projects, including development, validation, preclinical and clinical studies. He has successfully completed various projects related to formulation development, analytical method development, validation and pharmacokinetic investigation. He is presently handling various government and industry-sponsored projects.
