Asst.prof.Dr. Khalid F. Sultan Administrativo del departamento de ingeniería electromecánica. Universidad de tecnología - Bagdad- Iraq. Nació en Iraq el 19 de marzo de 1973, terminó su licenciatura en ingeniería mecánica en una escuela de ingeniería militar de Bagdad y su licenciatura en derecho en la Universidad de Bagdad, y su maestría y doctorado en mecánica .
