Autorenporträt
Peter Taylor gilt international als Projektmanagement-Experte. Er ist Leiter der Projektmanagementzentrale von Siemens und gefragter Vortragsredner. In den letzten 20 Jahren leitete er mehr als 50 Projekte, von abteilungsspezifischen IT-Lösungen bis hin zu globalen Projekten mit Millionenbudgets. Er ist in verschiedenen Projektmanagementmethoden zertifiziert und eröffnete u.a. den PM-Summit 2010 in München.
