Shiferaw Ejigu was born in 1985 in the small town of Debre Elias, in East Gojjam Zone in the Amhara Region. He joined the English Language and Literature Department of Arba Minch University. As he has a passion to literature, Shiferaw then engrossed himself in English Literature. Presently, he is a Lecturer at Debre Markos University, Ethiopia.
