NASCAR Thunder 2004 is a racing simulator by EA Sports, released in 2003 and available in separate versions for PlayStation, PlayStation 2, Xbox, and PC. It features the 2002 champion Tony Stewart on the cover with a scowling look to represent the new Grudges and Alliances feature. It was the only game as of 2002 to feature the previous Winston Cup (Sprint) Cup Champion on the cover. The game had the most extensive soundtrack of the series up from four songs from the previous game. It set the standard for future NASCAR Thunder titles. Soundtrack featuring songs by Memento , Motograter, Modern Day Zero, Depswa, Avenged Sevenfold, Fingertight, Fuel, Three Days Grace, Iggy Pop, Autopilot Off , Rancid , and more. Begin an immediate race with choice of track, driver and race. The difficulty "custom" runs the race the way you set up the settings in Gameplay settings. Gameplay includes: Keep your foot on the pedal too long or you will blow your engine. Ram into something and have your car on fire. Your starting position is determined by your rank in Thunder License.
