Johnzen Mapangdol Palgue nasceu a 25 de Novembro de 1981 em Bagong Bario, na cidade de Caloocan. Prosseguiu a sua faculdade na Baguio Colleges Foundations agora University of the Cordillera, Harrison Road, Baguio City, onde se licenciou com o grau de Bacharel em Educação Secundária em Abril de 2001.
