The Grenelle de l'environnement is the basis for the implementation of the Regional Schemes of Ecological Coherence (SRCE) through the Green and Blue Frame (TVB). Today the SRCEs have all been drafted and implemented by decree. After several years of implementation of the SRCEs, questions about the analysis of the implementation of this policy may arise. Thus, within a very specific research framework, the question of coherence between regions is raised. This report provides an overview of the approach of the Green and Blue Frame and the SRCEs: their contexts of publication, the notions they use, the issues of the BTV and the Blue Frame, which is difficult to dissociate from the Green Frame, is an explanation of its application at the different scales. To answer the problem, we try to find out if the BTV is implemented in the same way on three case studies. A table-based geographical comparison analysis has been set up, drawing on criticisms and analyses already carried out. Thismethod analyses the components of the BTV: biodiversity reservoirs, ecological corridors and watercourses/channels.
