Margaret Moore is Associate Professor of Political Science at the University of Waterloo, Canada. She was previously employed at York University, Toronto, Canada. She is the author of Foundations of Liberalism (Clarendon Press, 1993), and numerous articles on liberalism, nationalism, and self-determination.
