The National Small College Rugby Organization (NSCRO) was created in 2006 by Chip Auscavitch and Steve Cohen to support and encourage the development and organization of Division III and IV college rugby across the country. The NSCRO runs national championship events for small-college rugby programs competing in USA Rugby Divisions III and IV. Prior to 2007, the national championship were known as the East Coast Division III Collegiate Rugby Championships.
