Toshpulatova Dilshoda Sirojiddin kizi was born on May 21, 2003, in Kitab district, Kashkadarya region. In 2020, she was accepted the study the Uzbek language and literature faculty at the Shahrisabz branch of the Tashkent State Pedagogical University named after Nizami.
