Lauri Henninger has been a certified yoga instructor since 2008. Her interest in the mind-body connection has led her to become a teacher of Pilates and Barre, as well as a Reiki Practitioner. Equally passionate about organic gardening and all things natural, she is always seeking out ways to maintain a healthy and holistic lifestyle. Lauri began introducing essential oils into her yoga and meditation practices several years ago, and continues to learn new ways to incorporate them into her daily routine. She enjoys educating others on how to use these natural plant oils, not only to reduce the toxic load on their system cause by all the harmful substances we are constantly exposed to , but also for emotional health and well-being. When she's not teaching and practicing yoga and meditation, painting, or spending time outdoors biking and kayaking, she can often be found blending and experimenting with essential oils with the goal of helping others find balance and harmony in their lives.
