This book also sheds light on the role of sex hormone receptors gene expression in the pathogenesis of hepatocellular carcinoma. This work clearly demonstrated that curcumin and carvacrol have a promising therapeutic potential against hepatocellular carcinoma through their antiangiogenic, antiproliferative, and apoptotic effects.
